Nice cottage, excellent welcome from owners. 10 minutes walk to beach.

A warm welcome was followed by a wonderful holiday. The cottage is in an ideal location for peace and quiet but is only a short walk from the beach and easily walking distance to Barmouth. We enjoyed an evening watching the sunset at the end of the garden, many walks to Barmouth for shopping, food, the occasional trip to the arcades and a trip on the Ffestinogg steam railway amongst other things. The cottage is extremely well equipped in the kitchen, and games and fresh flowers in the living room gave it an overall edge on other properties - thank you!

We had a fabulous break at this beautiful cottage! The owners were welcoming and couldn't be more helpful!! Just a 5 minute walk to a lovely, clean and sandy beach and fabulous surroundings for walking - I would recommend it to anyone, thank you!

The barn was beautiful and the perfect base for touring the spectacular countryside. We were very impressed with the quality of the accommodation and will definitely be returning and the owners could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We are already planning our next trip back - thankyou!

A very comfortable & well appointed cottage, so close to the beach. I'm sure the steep walks have done some good! It's a shame the weather was unkind to us we never got to see a sunset, we can't complain about anything else.

Absolutely peaceful spot within walking distance of a blue flag beach, well equipped and very comfortable with all mod cons, a lovely lounge area and well provisioned kitchen.
